What do I do if I am having problems?
At the moment due to the Covid crisis most sessions are conducted online using Facetime or WhatsApp or telephone.
The first thing to do is to give me a phone and we can discuss what would be appropriate help for your situation.
Your GP could refer you directly to me if you are covered by medical insurance or if you want to see me privately
If you are covered by private medical insurance you will also need to contact the insurance company to check that they will cover the cost of therapy you need.

Fees
My fees are £140 per hour. Treatment starts with a first session in which we try to identify what your problems are and what can be done to help you. This is by mutual discussion, asking questions and filling in some psychological assessment questionnaires to help me fully identify your problems. If I think I can help you and you are happy to proceed we would agree on a number of sessions for therapy at the end of the first session. For most problems 6-12 sessions of about one hour in length are sufficient. This would cost (including the assessment) in the region of £1100-£2100.
I am registered as a Clinical Psychologist with a number of Insurance Companies, including AXA-PPP, Liverpool Victoria, PruHealth, HSBCLife.
